Dear Homeowner,
Due to COVID19 the 2020 annual meeting for Pole Creek Valley Owners Association will be held on December 9, 2020 at 5:30pm via Zoom. The log/call in information will be provided prior to the meeting and will be posted on association’s website www.associationonline.com .
Currently there is one open position on the Board expiring in 2021 and two positions will expire at the annual meeting. Please submit the attached form and a short resume if you would like to nominate yourself or another candidate to serve on the Board. The nominations are due on October 31, 2020.
If the election is contested, the ballots will be prepared with the candidate names and resumes, and mailed to you with the meeting notices in November. Nominations from the floor will not be accepted at the annual meeting.
