No open fires are permitted on any property except in a contained

barbeque unit while attended and in use for cooking purposes. No interior or exterior wood burning fireplaces are allowed, but gas-burning fireplaces are permitted.

No sound shall be emitted from any property which is noxious or unreasonably offensive to others. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Each site shall be kept free from noxious weeds, dead brush or other growth or trash which is unsightly or causes undue danger of fire.

No garbage, trash, or debris of any kind shall be kept, stored or allowed to accumulate on any Site. Trash shall be stored in bear-proof containers.

No more than 2 dogs, cats or other pets are permitted on a Site. All

animals shall be controlled by their Owner and shall not be allowed off the Owner’s Site except when leashed and accompanied by the Owner. The Owners are responsible to clean up their animal waste.

All large objects, equipment including, but not be limited to: trailers,

campers, boats, snowmobiles, lawn mowers, motorcycles, snow removal equipment and garden or maintenance equipment shall be kept within the structure or screened from view, except when in actual use.

The owners who are renting their homes must make PCVOA Rules &

Regulations available to renters, before, or at the time of check-in. It shall be the responsibility of the owner whose unit is being rented by the Agent, to provide the Agent with copies of the PCVOA Rules & Regulations. Failure to do so would be a direct violation of this Rule.

Consider the impact of your actions on neighbors - especially with

respect to alcohol, marijuana, smoking, loud talking at night or early morning, and loud parties.
