Pole Creek Valley Owners Association

Our townhomes are encompassed by the larger PCVOA master association, so their rules and regulations apply in our HOA as well. The PCVOA includes our townhomes as well as single family homes while our Lakeside at Pole Creek Townhome Owners Association is composed only of townhomes. Because their rules, regulations meetings and policies impact townhome owners, it’s worth keeping up with their actions.

How To Access PCVOA Website

To access the PCVOA website, click here to go to the Homeowners Association page. From there, near the bottom of the page in the Unsecured Websites area, click Access Site. Once you’re on the next page, enter “lakeside at pole creek” and select Colorado in the drop down box. You should then see “Lakeside At Pole Creek HOA CO 80478” and have the opportunity to SELECT it. If you follow these instructions carefully, you should get to their website. You’ll find meeting minutes, upcoming meetings, DRC forms and more.
