December 8 PCVOA Meeting Zoom Link

Hello Pole Creek Valley Owners,

As a reminder, the Pole Creek Valley Annual Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time. The meeting will be held via Zoom with very limited space at the Allegiant Management Office. Attached is the packet for the meeting. A copy of the proxy is also attached. Please be sure to fill this out and return as soon as possible, if you have not done so already. Having your proxies ahead of time helps us to plan accordingly and helps ensure that we have a quorum for the meeting.

Please note there will be a discussion regarding the Fraser Valley Parkway during the Annual Meeting.

Instructions for joining the Zoom meeting:

Dial-in on the phone:
1. Pick up the phone and dial: 720-928-9299
2. When prompted for the Meeting ID, enter: 970-726-5701
3. When prompted to record your name, say your name after the tone

Join via Video on your computer:
1. Join via your web browser, by clicking here: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/9707265701
2. Select how you’d like to join the audio of the meeting (either dial-in or through your computer)
3. Click the ‘Start Video’ button on the button left of your Zoom window
