Lakeside at Pole Creek Townhome Owners Association

Our wonderful subdivision is located in unincorporated Grand County, Colorado. We’re adjacent to the small town of Tabernash and only a few minutes from the Winter Park Resort, the towns of Winter Park, Fraser, Granby and Grand Lake. Rocky Mountain National Park, the headwaters of the Colorado River and Colorado’s “great lakes” are a few minutes to our north.

We’re incredibly fortunate to live in this beautiful valley surrounded by the Rocky Mountains.
